What a full renovation costs

What we sign for is what you pay.The cost of a full renovation comes down mainly to the floor area, the scope of the work (whether the services are being replaced, whether spaces are being reconfigured) and the quality of finishes you choose. Freshening up a property is a very different job from gutting and rebuilding it.
