The cost of a full renovation comes down mainly to the floor area, the scope of the work (whether the services are being replaced, whether spaces are being reconfigured) and the quality of finishes you choose. Freshening up a property is a very different job from gutting and rebuilding it.
That's why we don't quote fixed prices over the phone. We come out, assess the real condition of the property and prepare a detailed, free quote broken down item by item, so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
A full renovation covers the complete renovation of the home: demolition, plumbing, electrical, building work, tiling, carpentry, painting and finishes. We coordinate everything to hand the home back to you ready to use.
The price per square metre is typically from €400/m² for standard quality and from €700/m² for high-end finishes. The final quote depends on materials and scope.
Most full renovations require a permit or works notification from the town hall. We advise you and can handle the necessary paperwork.
It depends on size and finishes, but a complete full renovation usually takes 6–10 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before we start.
